We are happy to accept New & Unused Items purchased from our webstore returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Used & Undamaged Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a store credit.

All products purchased in our webstore, including bikes, equipment and apparel are covered by our Satisfaction Guaranteed 30-Day Return Policy. All returns are subject to inspection and review by our staff. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but we do reserve our right to refuse a return if we determine the policy is being abused.
NEW & UNUSED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
Have you had a change of heart within 30 days of delivery? Just return your new & unused items in the condition received, with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable, for a full refund.
USED & UNDAMAGED
Used but undamaged items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund in the form of store credit equivalent to the original purchase price. The item must be returned with everything included with your original purchase, including parts, pieces, manuals, warranty, and other accessories. We cannot accept the return of products that are damaged, dirty or that have been involved in any crash or impact, as determined by TIME Bicycles.
REFUNDS AND STORE CREDITS
Once we receive your return we will do our best to inspect and review within five business days and send an email confirmation. If your return is approved, it may take approximately 72 hours for you to receive your refund or store credit, depending on your original form of payment. Store credits can be used for purchases in our webstore only. The amount of the refund or store credit will be for the original purchase price, including applicable tax, excluding shipping and handling.
Unfortunately, we cannot process direct exchanges.You will have to place a new order and return the item you want exchanged within 30 days of receipt for either a refund (if new/unused) or store credit (if used/undamaged) Please note we cannot put items on hold while we wait for your return.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and items purchased from our website need to be shipped back to our warehouse and cannot be returned to a TIME dealer.
BOXING YOUR RETURN
Once you have purchased a shipping label, pack your items carefully, print and attach the label to the outside of the package and drop off the package at the shipper’s location. Please make sure to package your items carefully as we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us. If you need to return a complete bike, it will require disassembly and careful packaging to make sure nothing is damaged in transit. A retailer can package your bike professionally (fees may apply).
